About Sparkling Design
1. The company has its registered office in Borgholm. The company's mailing address is Kolstadgatan 52.

2 Order
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and shipping address.
If something is wrong with the order confirmation, please contact us immediately at order@sparklingdesign.se
It is good to order at the webshop & download in store by appointment.

If the customer is under 18, the goalkeeper's permission must be obtained from the customer before the purchase is made. Order made in the name of another person without his consent or in any other way that causes us to suffer financial or other damage to a police officer.

Special orders: We can bring larger quantities of a product at great prices. Email us & ask for quotation! Special orders are not returned when specially ordered!

Orders not paid within 14 days are shredded.


2.1 Final sales
Reservation for final sale. If a product ends that the customer has ordered, we will replace it with an equivalent price, which we do without contacting the customer before. If you do not want a replacement item, the customer must enter it in the message box at the checkout before the purchase is completed

3 Delivery & Shipping
Our normal delivery times are 1-3 weekdays. In case of prepayment, your goods will be delivered and reserved only when we receive your payment. Keep in mind that it can take 2-3 business days (via bankgiro) before your payment is available to us.
NOTE! Orders made on weekends will be sent no earlier than Monday.

3.1 Shipping:

Customer selects shipping options at checkout
We ship with Postnord
Alternate pick-up in the store on Öland. Shipping and other extras you already see checkout, no hidden fees are added.


Shipping cost 49sek in Sweden . Free Shipping over 549kr ion Sweden . Only applies to items that are not bulky. For example. beads and jewelry. When bulky, this shipping option will be hidden automatically.

Traceable Shipping:
Shipping cost of 79kr regardless of order size. Traceable via Postnord. Notification is made to email and text as stated in the order. Free traceable shipping over 949kr in Sweden .
Bulky goods are only shipped with traceable shipment.

When ordering only hairband it is completely free of charge regardless of the order amount.
For unpaid packages, the customer will be charged 250 kr of sparkling design, via invoice. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the correct address details are stated on the order.

Bulky goods:
Goods are considered bulky because of weight, size or value. They are only sent with traceable shipping. Delivery by letter is automatically deactivated when purchasing bulky goods

4 Prices
All prices in the shop are quoted in SEK and all prices are inclusive of 25% or 12% VAT depending on product.
We reserve ourselves for price changes due to price change from supplier, price prints in the price list, and price errors due to incorrect information and reserves the right to adjust the price.

An order confirmation will be sent automatically by email when the order is made. A receipt is included with your order.

Please note that prices on the webshop & in the store may differ. Depending on webshops, etc.


5 Right of withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the site, you as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal valid from receipt of a product that you have ordered. Under the Distance and Home Sales Act, you as a consumer (this does not apply to companies) have the right to withdraw from the agreement

  5.1 When using your right of withdrawal:
You must report that you regret. The message should be sent to us at order@sparklingdesign.se In your message, your name, address, e-mail address, order number and goods for return must be clearly stated.
You should return the products to us immediately and within 14 days of the voucher.
You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be shipped well packed and in original packaging.
On the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the depreciation compared to the original value of the product for used or damaged product. We refund the cost of the goods / goods, not for shipping.

5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Products that have been sealed (sealed) because of health or hygiene reasons and where the seal (sealing) has been broken.
Products that have the character of sealed audio or video capture and where the seal has been broken by you.
Custom made product that has been tailored specifically for you or has a clear personal touch to your wishes.
Services that have been completed and where you explicitly consent to the service commencing without a right of withdrawal.
Goods that can quickly deteriorate, such as food.
Loose numbers of newspapers or magazines.

6 Complaints and complaints
We will inspect all products before sending them to you. Should the product still be damaged or felexed when it arrives, we undertake to comply with the applicable consumer protection laws, free of charge.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective product.
The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been detected.

6.1 How can you apply for a complaint?
Any errors and defects should always be advertised to order@sparklingdesign.se where you enter your name, address, e-mail address, order number and description of the error.
If we fail to fix the error or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. We are responsible for return shipping at approved complaints.
We reserve the right to deny a complaint if it appears that the product is not incorrect in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. In case of complaints, we follow guidelines from the General Complaints Board, see arn.se.


7 Limitation of Liability
We accept no liability for indirect damages that may arise due to the product.
We do not accept any liability for delays / errors due to circumstances outside the Company's current (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include, for example, labor conflict, fire, war, government decision, reduced or missing delivery from supplier.
Furthermore, no liability is taken for any changes to products / product features that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

8 Product Information
We reserve ourselves for any printing errors on this site as well as the final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the display, photo quality and resolution. We always try to expose the products as accurately as possible. All material on the website is protected by copyright law and may not be downloaded, copied or in any way removed from the site.

All products are nickel free unless otherwise stated on the respective product. With nickel-free we mean that the product can handle the nick-safe limit, which is 0.5microgram per squarecm & week and for piercing jewelry it is 0.2 / sq.cm & week.
If you are very allergic, we recommend that you use, for example, niobium instead.
Metal: Keep in mind that plated metal should not be used too much in water, chemicals, etc. Discoloration may occur if caution is not taken. Some people also react to metals when the body exudes liquid that does not always metal like.

10 Personal Information
By shopping at Sparklingdesign you accept our data protection policy and our processing of your personal information. We protect your personal privacy and do not collect more information than necessary to process your order. We do not sell or otherwise distribute your information to third parties without legal basis.
Sparklingdesign is responsible for the processing of personal data that you provided to us as a customer. Your personal information is processed by us in order to handle your order as well as in those times when you have requested newsletters or promotional offers - to customize marketing for your individual needs.
Below is a summary of how we store and process your data in accordance with the Data Protection Ordinance (GDPR).

In order to handle your order and answer questions related to your order (customer service), we will store your first and last name, address, phone number, email address, IP address and purchase history.
